Complete Painting is a family business, started by brother-in-laws Nick and Henry. Beginning with a passion for the craft, our mission remains the same: To provide exceptional quality painting and staining services, exceeding expectations from our initial consultation all the way to the final walkthrough.
In an economy facing a significant shortage of reliable workers in the trades, we take great pride in being a part of the solution. Each of our painters are employees, not subcontractors. We knew that by following a diligent, rigorous vetting and training process, we would certainly be taking the long, slower path to growth. With the incredible team we have carefully curated over several years, we can confidently say that it was well worth the wait.
What we have is supremely rare: A large team that takes full ownership of our high standards and expectations, resulting in a tremendous company culture, and ultimately providing amazing service for each of our clients.
We did not take the fast approach. We did not try to cast a broad net to be the “jack of all trades, and the master of none”. We took the less glamorous route: Slow and steady, building a solid foundation centered around systems, processes, and expertise in the trade we are so very passionate about.
